Cancellation or change 60 days before the shoot date can receive a deposit refund. After that point, the deposit is non-refundable and schedule changes depend on studio availability.

What should we prepare before the shoot?

Bride: nude or skin-tone underwear, nubra, personal accessories, and desired props. Groom: black or white socks, shoes, and suit accessories. Water, light snacks, and condition care also help the day run smoothly.

No. Before the session begins, you will have a short meeting with the photographer and choose the preferred backgrounds and mood together. References are helpful, but not required.

Shooting is possible within the outfit count allowed by the selected package. The exact count and additional options are explained during consultation.

Can we bring a personal dress?

Yes. A personal outfit or dress can replace one planned dress, or you can add an outfit count. Adding an outfit costs KRW 100,000.

Can an outside hair and makeup team accompany us?

Yes. If an outside hair and makeup team accompanies you, a KRW 50,000 room-use fee applies, and parking for the outside team is not supported.

For total sessions, The Chungdam usually requires arrival about 2 hours before the shoot, and The Kai Studio about 3 hours before. Outside hair and makeup or outside dress plans receive separate arrival guidance.

One to two accompanying people are usually possible at The Chungdam and The Kai Studio. Parking is not supported for guests, and The Kai Studio charges KRW 10,000 entrance per guest.

Pet shoots are only available at The Kai Studio. The fee is KRW 150,000 per pet, one caregiver must accompany the pet, and a separate KRW 10,000 entrance fee applies.
